Awful experience and a horrible woman who answers the phones, she needs fired and to never work in customer experience again. When I company ignores there customers about getting THERE 450 DEPOSIT BACK you would think they would keep in communication..nope they like to ignore you and pretend you don’t exist. They also like to stick up for residents who throw party’s and make noise till 1 in the morning when there’s a young family living downstairs.
